Dubuque Jobs Outlook Improves – Unemployment Falls to 5.6%

In an awesome bit of new today, the Des Moines Register reported employment improvements in many Iowa metropolitan areas, including the Dubuque area which fell to 5.6% in April versus the 6.5% that was reported for March.
