It was great getting to review all the submissions, there were 11 total to choose from, not a single one was unworthy of the CoRE. I really enjoy those CoRE’s that have a fun theme and, while I wouldn’t consider myself a “hard core” Trekkie, I certainly wanted to add some flair this week. Thanks for the citation on my post! The demographic changes which I wrote about were Topic #1 at the recent ULI Fall Conference and Urban Land Expo in San Francisco. Those who don’t adapt to the changing customer base — and this includes brokers as well as developers — will eventually find themselves behind the trend. Fortunately for real estate brokers, they tend to be much more forward-thinking than most builders!
