Those who’ve watched my marketing over the years know that I’m fairly (and almost exclusively) Internet intensive. However, I do see that there are instances where an extra boost “can” be provided by getting into the print forms of media.

Obviously, the Dubuque Home Builders 2009 Parade of Homes is coming up in a few weekends and I thought we should take advantage of the extra traffic to let folks know about the great new construction listing at 5197 Park Place. There are two other homes on Park Place in the parade itself. Plus, I’ve got basic information about my four other great listings in the Dubuque area.
I’ll personally be hosting the open at 5197 Park Place on Saturday, October 24th. James Patterson and Suzy Koelker will be team hosting the open house on Sunday, October 25th. Both opens will run from Noon to 3:00 PM.
