Framing Work Continues on Park Place – Interior Walls Going Up

by Rob Cook on September 16, 2009

I stopped by the new construction in progress at 5197 Park Place today.  As you can see, the exterior walls and main floor are in with the interior walls are now being installed.  It was interesting to see the roofing trusses and interior wall frames brought in on a flat bed truck.

As I’m watching this process I’m learning a little bit more about new construction each time I visit the home.  Like 90% of the general population, I know a little bit about the process, but hand me a nail gun and site plan and I’d be completely lost. See (& click on) the photos below to see the work taking place on Tuesday, September 15th…

I’ll likely be visiting the home again on the morning of Thursday, September 17th as the roof trusses are installed – I hope to capture some good photos and a video or two of the work that day.  If you’re interested, stop by, it’ll be fun…

Yea surely I would be lost completely too… until you give me the equipments… otherwise I think I know the work. You have chosen the right pics and they are awesome. And I guess that the roof’s truss would have been installed.
